2. The information we collect
When you use this website we may collect:
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your company name and role, along with the message you send us.
- Technical information. Our servers automatically record standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to operate the site securely and diagnose problems.
We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text message field.
3. How and why we use your information
We use your personal data on the following lawful bases:
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to a request you initiated) and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
- To operate, secure and improve the website. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in running a safe and reliable service.

- Our website hosting provider, which serves this site and processes server logs.
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where contact enquiries are stored so we can follow up.
- Our email provider, used to correspond with you.

6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship develops, for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
